Today (Tuesday) the Labor Party held internal elections for the list for the 25th Knesset. Voting in the primaries took place mostly by digital means, and four polling stations were set up for officials to vote physically - in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa and Be'er Sheva.
As you may remember, the main battle in the primaries was between the incumbent MKs of the party. Due to the fact that Merav Michaeli approved in the primaries regulations maintaining a list with gender equality, the candidates were placed in the "research" list between men and women, in equal numbers.
In the women's section, it was estimated that Efrat Raiten would finish as the first woman, and Abtisam Marana as the last.
In the male section, many at work estimated that Gilad Karib would lead among the sitting MKs.
