A false mugshot shared on Facebook has brought a 42-year-old Plieninger to public incitement to commit crimes.
Now it was court hearing.
Ebersberg/Pliening – Two old friends met in the courtroom of the Ebersberg district court: Judge Vera Hörauf and an early pensioner, now living in Pliening, who had been fined a year ago for a Hitler salute in Poing.
This time, the 42-year-old has been accused of sharing a fake mugshot on Facebook in September 2021.
In the picture, Angela Merkel, Bill Gates, Annalena Baerbock and Christian Drosten, among others, were described as "terrorists" who should be arrested.
Punishable as public incitement to criminal offences.
My life is a failure.
The accused from Pliening to the judge.
Similar to the court hearing a year ago, the defendant initially explained his mental "roof damage" at length and at length.
In a car accident in 1998, he suffered a traumatic brain injury with an injury to the frontal lobe of the brain.
Since then he has been a severely disabled early retiree with an impulsive, incapable of criticism. "My life is a single failure," summarized the Plieninger standing.
(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Ebersberg newsletter.)
Because of the photo, the accused explained that it was a “technical error”.
From afar, he had seen similar mugshots on the satirical TV program "Die Anstalt" and thought that the photo on Facebook was about them.
That's why he clicked on the picture and then accidentally tapped "Share" instead of the back button.
To do this, he showed the judge his mobile phone and the "Share" button above the "Back" button.
The picture was deleted from Facebook the same evening anyway.
Even if Judge Hörauf was not 100 percent convinced of the "technical error", she finally dropped the proceedings against a payment of 800 euros to the foundationsichtwaisen.
