A large bonfire is taking place today (Wednesday) in the industrial area of the Shaar Hev regional council.
Many teams of firefighters from Sderot Ashkelon, Netivot and Beer Sheva stations have arrived and are working on the scene in order to control the fire and protect the yard of a factory threatened by the flames.

The teams operate in several work sectors, with each sector operating with the help of dedicated fire trucks that contain large amounts of water.
At this stage, the firefighters are scanning the factory to rule out the spread of fire inside the factory and rule out trapped people.
