However, a reader recently told "Hong Kong 01" that its value-added function cannot be used, and the page shows "Opps! The value-added function is only available once, and you have already added value."

The social platform Facebook also has some netizens discussing related issues.

The value-added function is limited, which means that when the transaction amount exceeds 2,000 yuan, the user can only pay by splitting the bill, or pay with the amount that is not a consumption coupon.

However, not all merchants, such as online stores, do not provide the service of splitting orders.

Tap & Go: Call customer service to add value

The second phase of Tap & Go coupons will be distributed on August 7 and October 1, priced at RMB 2,000 and RMB 3,000 respectively, which can be accumulated for two phases and valid until February 28, 2023.

In response to "Hong Kong 01", Tap & Go pointed out that from October 1st, the value-added function will be opened, with an upper limit of 3,000 yuan.

Tap & Go also provides special arrangements for users in need. If you need to add value before October 1, you can contact Tap & Go's customer service hotline (2888 0000), and someone will provide value-added services for users.
