The Bishop of Matagalpa, Msgr. Rolando Alvarez, spoke last Thursday to the police forces who surrounded the episcopal palace for several days.
The police had just refused him access to a church to celebrate mass.
She accuses Rolando Alvarez of not wanting to cooperate with her.

Five religious and six lay people are held in the episcopal palace of Matagalpa with Bishop Alvarez.
