It was the mega concert in Munich: Around 90,000 fans cheered Schlager star Andreas Gabalier (37) on Saturday in the Messer Riem.

An evening like intoxication!

But now it comes out: A serious incident overshadowed the open-air concert

Munich – According to information from our editorial team, folders dealt drugs at the Gabalier concert on Saturday.

Police and prosecutors confirm the research.

Accordingly, on Saturday, six employees of a security service were arrested on suspicion of a narcotics offense "for further clarification at short notice," says police spokesman Ersin Erol.

"Ultimately, the suspicion of armed trafficking in narcotics was confirmed by two law enforcement officers."

Explosive: "One of those arrested, a 19-year-old steward, resisted the officers deployed during the arrest, whereby a 24-year-old police officer was injured and was no longer able to work that day." According to the public prosecutor's office, a concert visitor was also arrested, who had bought drugs from one of the stewards.

The drug trade was “identified by the superiors of the folders themselves” and the folders in question “were removed from the positions and handed over to the police” by a sub-contractor, says organizer Klaus Leutgeb, who also organized the concerts by Helene Fischer (20.8.) and Robbie Williams (27.8.) organized in Riem.

The folders concerned "will of course no longer be used for the other two concerts," promises Leutgeb.

The Stölting Group was primarily responsible for security at the Gabalier concert.

"Our company had over 600 security staff to secure the event area, and there were another 150 security staff for the area of traffic logistics," says spokesman Bünyamin Yaman.

In addition to its own staff, Stölting also hired external service providers - which is quite common for large events.

"Of course, we used well-established and well-known companies for this," assures Yaman.

But since Saturday, folders have been under suspicion, “we know.

These processes were uncovered by our internal control team, among others.

Our company is fully willing to cooperate and is always available to the investigating authorities.”
