Most of the workers are young, temporary, who see work as a stopover on the way to something else.

This model, which tries to sever, legally and essentially, the relationship between the workers and the company that employs them, is apparently successful for both parties.

Employees can determine when and how much they will work.

There are no hours, no bosses, there are tips.

It pays off even more for the company: you don't have to pay salaries, social benefits, holiday gifts, employer taxes, pensions, travel reimbursements, etc.

These companies, in fact, only "allow people to fulfill themselves" and cut a coupon along the way.

The work of the apostles is difficult

I can summarize this whole method in one sentence: what doesn't work, doesn't work.

You cannot cut off the organs and expect the body to function properly.

In the end, the business models of the halotura economy serve the interests of investors and shareholders, at the expense of their employees.

The direct employment of couriers is much better.

The basic gap between the utopian vision of the barter economy and reality is the view of the relationship between employer and employees as a struggle that must be won, or avoided in advance.

This is foolishness.

Fair employment is not slavery - on the contrary.

Social conditions allow us to make a living, manage a personal life at the same time and also worry about a rainy day.

Employers and employees are partners in the company's success.

There are no prisoners and guards here, there is dialogue, understanding of mutual needs, flexibility and joint growth.

Around the world they are already starting to shake off the romantic and disconnected from reality vision of a scrap economy.

In Great Britain, the Supreme Court recently ruled that "Uber" drivers are entitled to basic social conditions as employees of the company.
