A spokesman for the CFS stated that it received a notification from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency through the International Food Safety Authority Network that the above batch of products may contain allergenic milk ingredients or tree nuts that are not indicated on the food label and are being processed. local recycling.

Upon learning of the incident, the CFS immediately contacted the relevant importer to follow up. The preliminary investigation found that the above-mentioned importer had imported the affected batch of products, and the importer had stopped the sale of the affected products and removed them from the shelves as instructed by the CFS, and started recalling them.
