With an investment of 15 million shekels, an extremely luxurious complex will be opened this summer in Kibbutz Ginosar - which includes access to a secluded beach and even a helipad • There are two villas, each of which covers approximately 220 square meters, and vacationers will be able to enjoy water sports, spa treatments and private chefs - And all this without leaving the house

Imagine two huge villas with four bedrooms in each, a 90 square meter private pool, a large garden, an outdoor kitchen, a jacuzzi next to the pool, direct access to a secluded beach and even a helipad. Add to all this goodness an open view of the Sea of Galilee, which is only a few Dozens of meters from the villa. This is how Israel's wealthy vacation, as well as quite a few tourists who come to Israel from overseas, in one of the most luxurious and expensive holiday estates in the country that opened this summer after about NIS 15 million were invested in the complex.

To get to the complex, called "Villa Yama", you have to go through two electric gates that open only to those who get access through a dedicated app.

After going through the electric gates, you reach an isolated area and upon entering it you feel as if you have arrived in Bali, Indonesia.

Large green trees adorn the entrance, and inside await two villas, each of which can accommodate up to eight guests, in four bedrooms.

Huge space for entertaining.

Each of the villas covers an area of approximately 220 square meters and throughout the entire stay, the employees on site make sure to provide the vacationers with almost every requirement, from water sports that reach the isolated beach adjacent to the villas, spa treatments or private chefs that come to cook for them inside the villa to a private helicopter which reaches up to the private ramp of the complex.

The vacationers in the place will shower with soaps of the luxury brand "Bulgari", manage the house using a smart system that includes an audio system in the gardens, on the ceilings of the house and in any space you want, together or separately.

A smart system manages the house.

If you want to walk around, Nahal Amud is right next to the compound located in Kibbutz Ginosar, and you can also tour it during your visit.

Kinneret Loop Trail, Majersa Nature Reserve and Arbel Nature Reserve are nearby.

Some vacationers choose the option of ATV trips and winery tours that do not require too long a walk.

What may be less suitable for some vacationers, is the fact that between the two villas there is no separation that isolates them from each other.

Those sitting in the pool in one of the villas will be able to see what is happening in the pool in the other villa, and there is access to a short walk between them and without separation.

Some vacationers rent the entire complex and so, basically, both villas are rented to the same group/family, which pretty much solves this matter.

And now to the significant part for most of us - the price.

The reason that the place is intended mainly for those with money is that the prices start from NIS 8,000 for one villa per night during the winter (about NIS 1,000 per person per night in a group of eight people).

At the peak of demand, the price almost doubles and reaches about NIS 15,000 per night for one villa.

The price is starting and does not include the helicopter, the chef, the massages, the food, the water sports or any other attraction.
