Four days after being denounced by their victim, five people were indicted on Wednesday for "pimping aggravated by the minority of the victim and committed in an organized gang" as confirmed, this Wednesday at the start of the evening, the prosecution of Senlis .
They are suspected of being involved to varying degrees in the forced prostitution of a 15-year-old girl in an apartment in Compiègne.
Known to justice, they were all placed in pre-trial detention.

Saturday, the young girl had warned the police, through a friend, after having managed to escape from an apartment in the square Vivier-Corax in Compiègne where she was sequestered.
In the process, four suspects in their twenties - three men from Île-de-France and a woman suspected of having hosted the victim - were arrested and placed in police custody.
A quest for flagrante delicto is then opened by the Compiègne prosecutor's office, which entrusts the investigations to the judicial police.

Two days later, on Monday, a fifth 23-year-old individual was arrested in Compiègne.
According to someone close to the case, the latter "was cited by the victim as having organized the activity of prostitution at some point".
According to our information, he is accused in particular of having made the link between the three men and another who has not been identified.
“My client disputes the facts and does not know the three men who were arrested on Saturday,” reacted his lawyer Me Antoine Ory, contacted this Wednesday at the end of the afternoon.

And the penalist to tackle in passing the “hyper questionable” qualification retained by the examining magistrate.
“We are targeting the organized gang when they are accused of being in conflict about the young woman…”
When heard, the latter explained that she had arrived in Compiègne three weeks earlier after running away from a home of the departmental direction of solidarity in the department of Marne.
She would then be "approached by several individuals so that she prostitutes herself under their control", according to the Senlis prosecution.
The three individuals from the Ile-de-France are suspected of having taken care of the logistics and of having transported it between the different places of passes.

"This kind of pimps, generally young adults, will multiply the rentals of rooms or apartments and are mobile in the territory so as not to be spotted", explains a judicial source.
