Thalía pays an emotional tribute to the memory of Olivia Newton-John through her Instagram account.
The singer shared a video where she is seen placing the “Grease” album and listening to one of the main themes of the popular movie – released in 1978 – that she Olivia played with John Travolta.
The Mexican is heard, at times, singing parts of the song while she shows the images of the album.
With great nostalgic feeling she is seen at the end of the video thanking Olivia.
At the bottom of the image Thalía expressed that Olivia came to inspire many young girls of the time and thanks her for showing her courage and strength for so many years clinging to life.
Olivia Newton-John, of British-Australian origin, died Monday at her ranch in Southern California at age 73, according to a statement from her husband.
