In the early morning of last Saturday (6th), three men were attacked outside a restaurant in Tsingling Path, Tuen Mun. Among them, the 22-year-old young man Leung Wing-jia was hospitalized for two days, and his death was postponed to this Monday (8th).
Following the earlier arrest of two suspects aged 17 and 21, the police arrested another 17-year-old youth on Monday. The police accused him of being involved in the attack on the other two men who were injured and have been temporarily charged. The two counts of "wounding persons" will appear in the Tuen Mun Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (11th).

As for the two men, 17-year-old Fan Qingnian and 21-year-old Mo, who were arrested on the day of the incident, Fan was charged with one count of murder and two counts of wounding. The Tuen Mun Magistrates' Court appeared in court and adjourned the hearing until October 5, pending the prosecution and the defense's request for documents; the defendant, Fan, was required to return to the custody of the Correctional Services Department.
The man surnamed Mo, who was arrested in the same case, was released on bail pending investigation and must report to the police in early September.
