An 87-year-old woman died this morning in Bari after being hit by a bus.
The old woman was crossing the street when, immediately after the bend at the corner between via Capruzzi and viale Ennio, the bus overwhelmed her.
She was rescued by 118 and taken to the nearby Polyclinic in very serious conditions and there, shortly after, she died due to the numerous traumas caused by the investment.
The bus driver, in shock, was taken to the Mater Dei hospital.
The investigations on the dynamics of the accident are entrusted to the agents of the local police.
