Media, politicians and commentators celebrated two heroic events together - the ceasefire against the Islamic Jihad and the assassination of Ibrahim Nabulsi in Nablus, and the superlatives skyrocketed.
The truth is, from a military-tactical point of view, the moves were made with great professionalism - they aspired to the Chief of Staff and the IDF, but strategically nothing was achieved.
Mainly, the fatal equation that we entered into it as a result of the Oslo Accords and the escape that was called "disengagement" has not been changed.

This week's celebrations of self-satisfaction ignored the very nature of the crisis - the fact that on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the terrorist entity we established in Gaza, we were reminded of the nightmarish world we have built for ourselves ever since.

Therefore, there will be room for patting ourselves on the back only when we change the equations, that of Yosh and that of Gaza. In Gaza, we must start small, first apply the same approach that we use in Syria and Iran - proactively attack any detection of strengthening. Clip the wings of Hamas and to prevent his and his satellites' ability to blackmail. And in YOSH - only when we stop the incitement and aggression of the Palestinian Authority will it be possible to start giving ourselves praise.

Everything comes from the public coffers, which in order to fill it must collect more taxes and fees, pile up endless regulation.
This is the cost of living - this is the Histadrut.
It is as clear as the noonday sun what Arnon Ben David and his men are trying to achieve in the cynical campaign they are conducting.
First of all, to demonstrate strength and prepare the ground for the extortion campaign after the establishment of the government, for the demand to raise salaries in the public sector.
But worse than that, they know that the public is crying out for the pain of the cost of living - which does not stem from the global developments in the world.
And so, in order not to blame the real culprits, they place scapegoats.
