You have to get up early to find any trace of the conflict raging in neighboring Ukraine in Moscow.
Almost six months after the start of the Russian "special operation", its very existence has become almost impossible to guess in the vibrant Russian megalopolis of 15 million inhabitants.
Just a few signs recently installed in bus shelters in the modern city center give vague hints, with the message:
“For Russia!
For the children of Donbass!”
Sometimes, in a peripheral dormitory district, at the edge of a
prospekt
(long avenue), one can see a panel in four by three to the glory of a "hero" of the Russian army, without further details.
