Iraqi forces arrested six terrorists during separate security operations in Baghdad, Kirkuk and Salah al-Din governorates.
The Iraqi Security Media Cell said in a statement today that the high-level intelligence effort and the boycott of information resulted in the arrest of a terrorist within the Zafaraniya area in Baghdad, while four terrorists were arrested during a security operation in Kirkuk governorate and another terrorist in Salah al-Din governorate, and they are wanted according to Article 4. of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The statement added that a cache of various weapons in the terrorists' possession was seized and destroyed.
Yesterday, Iraqi forces arrested six terrorists in the governorates of Baghdad, Anbar and Kirkuk.
