Some protesters gathered outside Mong Kok Police Station on September 29, 2019, and many people were arrested.

Six were charged with five counts of unlawful assembly, assaulting a police officer and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

One of the defendants, Liao Le'er, a female student, is one of the top four members of the "Lel DAO Women's Group" founded by Du Wenze, and will go to South Korea for training.

Liao's application to the magistrate to leave Hong Kong for a short period of time was rejected. Today (11th), she applied to the High Court to change her bail conditions and allow her to leave Hong Kong for one month.

After hearing the arguments, Judge Zhang Huiling approved her application.

Zhang Guan also blessed her after granting bail, saying: "I wish you success."

She was originally granted bail of $3,000 to report to the police station once a week, not to leave Hong Kong and to live at the reported address.
