The head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center Mikhail Mezintsev announced that the forces of the Ukrainian regime are deploying artillery systems and multiple rocket launchers in residential houses in the town of Seversk to bombard residential areas and places near the Donetsk People's Republic.
"The militants deployed artillery and multiple launch rocket systems in the courtyards of residential buildings, where they regularly bombed nearby areas without evacuating civilians in advance," TASS news agency quoted Mizintsev as saying in a statement.
Mizintsev explained that on the territory of private homes in Druzkovka, the Ukrainian forces deployed heavy weapons and also organized firing positions and ammunition depots in the homes where local residents are not allowed to leave their homes citing safety concerns while their attempts to evacuate to safe areas stop.
Mizintsev noted that the Ukrainian nationalists also organized resistance centers and ammunition depots in apartment buildings in Pevnychnoy, noting that all roads leading to the buildings were mined, but the local residents did not realize this fact, which was deliberately hidden from them.
