Nesli Berda's disaster: the journalist's father was killed in an accident on Route 5 | Israel today

The disaster of the TV presenter and journalist:

65-year-old Gabi Berda, a resident of Ornit, was killed last night (Wednesday) in a serious accident on Route 5 near the Ornit interchange.

Gabi is the father of Nesli Barda from Meshet 12. The second dead person is the driver who ran amok on the road and was driving a stolen vehicle.

As mentioned, the police investigation shows that one of the vehicles was stolen a short time before, and although no one chased him, he drove wildly on Route 5 and hit a vehicle in the Ornit interchange area, while driving against the direction of traffic.

The driver who went on a rampage was also killed.

MDA paramedic Dor Tzbari said: "This is a very serious car accident.

The vehicles were in the opposite lanes when one of them caught fire and the drivers were trapped.

We performed medical tests, but they suffered from multiple systemic injuries and had no signs of life, and after medical tests we had to pronounce them dead."
