The lack of bus drivers and other challenges continue to affect public transport in the district.
Therefore, alternative timetables apply on several MVV bus lines until the end of August.
Lines 832, 835, 837, 838, 839 and 843 are affected.
District
– According to the district office, the district, the MVV and the bus companies are working flat out to maintain a stable offer.
However, these efforts would be hampered by the shortage of skilled workers, increased sick leave due to the corona pandemic, the holiday season and the upcoming takeover of an insolvent company.

By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular
FFB newsletter.)
As further timetable changes may occur at very short notice, passengers are recommended to obtain information online before boarding their journey.
This is possible at www.mvv-muenchen.de/fahrplanauskunft/fahrplanaenderungen, at www.mvv-auskunft.de and at the district office at www.lra-ffb.de/mobilitaet-Sicherheit/oepnv.
In order to maintain the offer in the long term, the district council decided to help the bus companies because of the high diesel prices.
Special payments of around 1.9 million euros are planned.
According to the district office, only diesel buses are currently on the road.
Only in 2024 will vehicles with alternative drives be used.
There is now a solution to the insolvency proceedings for the Fürstenfeldbruck bus company Enders.
