The police arrested a resident of Petah Tikva this morning (Thursday) on suspicion of threatening Knesset member Gabi Lasky.
Last night, a police complaint was received regarding suspected threats received on social media against the Knesset member.
The investigators of the police station in Petah Tikva started a strenuous and quick investigation, and at the end of this morning they arrested the suspect, a 32-year-old resident of the city.
At the end of his investigation, the suspect was imprisoned, and he will later be brought to the Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva with a request to extend his detention.
