The Syrian Telecom Company announced the suspension of telecommunications services for some fixed-line subscribers in the Bab Sharqi exchange.
The company explained in a statement, which SANA received a copy of today, that the suspension of services includes subscribers within the Al-Qazzaz areas, the Al-Qazzaz organization and the Rans channel, and the reason was that a number of copper cables feeding the Al-Qazzaz area were stolen, stressing that its technical teams began work to restore the service as soon as possible.
