The Committee to Investigate the Escape of the Six Terrorists from Gilboa Prison: The

Berbing continued to make things difficult: "As the deputy commissioner following the incident in Megiddo on December 21st, did you think of commenting on that? The deputy commissioner responded: "It was stated in the SPC in a way that is not ambiguous."
The chairman of the committee, Judge Menachem Finkelstein, made it clear to the deputy commissioner that the committee does not accept his words that the responsibility for the escape and the omissions that preceded it are not solely the responsibility of the prison commander, but there is also responsibility at the level of the Prison Service Commission.
