A granddaughter posts a video of an owl visiting her grandma every day on TikTok.

The grandmother firmly believes that this is her late husband

How magical is that?

The TikTok video of an owl that visits a senior citizen from Phoenix (Arizona) every day is wonderfully emotional and at the same time very mystical.

Because grandma and granddaughter assume - this is a sign from the afterlife and the owl is not just any bird that has flown, but the deceased grandfather.

What a wonderful thought.

The young woman enthusiastically reveals: "Whenever he sees my grandmother, he starts to speak, it's so unbelievable".

He doesn't speak a word to her.

And the 98-year-old woman can get very close to the owl.

This owl flies to the balcony every day to visit the elderly woman.

Normally, owls are nocturnal hunters, so it is rather unusual to find them lively and happy during the day, as shown in the video.

The birds can be found high up in the trees of forests or parks.

But on a balcony?

Which is also relatively unprotected and freely visible?

So could there really be anything to the assumption?

In the Middle Ages they were considered "birds of death" and bringers of bad luck and bad news.

An owl's hoot was meant to announce the approaching death of a relative.

The "kuwitt-kuwitt" sound, which little little owls make when hunting at night, was associated with "Come with me, come with me (to the afterlife)".

The "uhu-uhu-uho" call of a tawny owl announced the arrival of an invading army of ghosts.

They were also among the assistants of witches and magicians.

In Greek mythology, however, they are said to have special wisdom and prudence.

Even today, many people still believe that owls are particularly mystical beings.

And so it is hardly surprising that the users on the Internet are also of the opinion that this owl is the deceased grandfather.

But crows are also very special animals.

Shortly after the granddaughter published the clip on her TikTok account "shaix_2", many users who had exactly the same opinion spoke out.
