To recover a debt of around 300,000 euros, Pierre T. and Alain M. are suspected of having ordered, between 2019 and January 2020, a strategy of intimidation - threatening messages, deposits of dead rats, burning of a gate - towards the manager of a debtor construction company, until the violent attack on the latter's companion in Seine-et-Marne.
