LaBrassBanda rocked the big tent at the Dachau folk festival.

3800 spectators trembled.

Two hours long.

The fans had to wait a long time for Stefan Dettl and Co. to appear.

The concert was originally planned for 2020, but had to be postponed for the known reasons.

Now it was under the aegis of the Dachau fire brigade on the stage.

And how!

Dachau – The concert with LaBrassBanda organized by the Dachau volunteer fire brigade was a great success.

The 3,800 fans in the large tent of the folk festival that began on Saturday had to be patient because the concert was originally supposed to have taken place in Allach in 2020.

Due to Corona, it not only had to be moved “to the back”, but also to Dachau.

The band thanked the visitors not only with more than two hours of music at full speed, but also personally at the end.

Despite the injury, the tuba player plays along - on a beer keg

The fact that the band was also eager to finally be able to perform live on stage again was noticeable in every second of the performance.

Tuba player Stefan Huber deserves a special mention. He is currently on crutches due to a foot injury, but still wanted to play and spent the evening sitting on a beer barrel.

The support band Los Brudalos had already heated up the crowd enormously.

Florian Reiter, chairman of the Dachau volunteer fire brigade, was completely satisfied with the course of the event.

“After our 150th anniversary celebration, that was another very big challenge, but we were able to master it together.

My thanks go to the many helping hands in the club, the comrades who worked on the organization in advance, of course our host Ewald Zechner and all the people and organizations who contributed to the success.
