Gerhard Schröder is suing the Bundestag for the restoration of his special rights, which were revoked in May.
The former chancellor is demanding that he be provided with an AB office with employees again, his Hanoverian lawyer Michael Nagel told the German Press Agency.
On Schröder's behalf, Nagel filed a corresponding lawsuit with the Berlin administrative court.
