Men in black clash with men clearing roadblocks
The facts of the case stated that both Luo and the victim X were at the scene of the conflict that day, and X had assisted in clearing roadblocks in Sheung Shui District in the early morning, and had also encountered people in black.
At about 11 am that day, when X was clearing the roadblock with others, a masked man appeared and dissuaded them. He pointed out that the first defendant was also present and tried to prevent X from clearing the bricks.
Other members of the public who cleared the roadblock later clashed with the group of people in black, with both sides throwing bricks at each other.
Among the evidence, one of the bricks was seized at the scene, and it can be seen that one of the corners has collapsed.
