After X sent Y to school the next morning, the defendant was found still at home.

Although X earned and yelled, he was raped by the defendant.
Later, a dredger who knew X called X outside the door, and X took the opportunity to escape. She informed the dredger and a visiting friend of the incident, and the incident was eventually reported to the police.
When the accused returned to X's residence on the evening of December 1, he was arrested by officers in ambush.
