A wedding procession arrives with a bang on the forecourt of the town hall of Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis), a pedestrian area.
Once the plot has been lowered, a stream of about ten vehicles invades the square, honking their horns loudly and skidding more or less controlled.
