The British Express newspaper saw that the world order is heading towards rapid change, while the United States of America began to lose its hegemony, pointing out that the Russian operation in Ukraine contributed to achieving this.

The newspaper added, "The previous cold wars are heating up at an alarming rate, and the situation in the Indo-Pacific and South China Sea region is an example of a raging conflict between competing powers," adding that the United States continues to stick to its position, but its stability is in question.
