There will be no curfew in Tijuana due to violent day
This Saturday, the mayor of Tijuana, Monserrat Caballero reported through a statement that despite the violent day on Friday afternoon in Tijuana, there will be no curfew.
Since Friday afternoon, state authorities have reported multiple vehicle fires, street blockades, and strong police activity in the Tijuana, Mexicali, Rosarito, Ensenada, and Tecate areas.
So far, the authorities have not registered any deaths or injuries.

At least 10 cars burned in Tijuana by violent day

This Friday, the Tijuana City Council reported through a video statement that so far 10 cars have been burned in Tijuana due to the day of violence that has been taking place in the state of Baja California.
The Tijuana City Council added that local, state and federal authorities are in operations to restore order in the municipality.
The authorities added that 3,000 members of the Army and National Guard and around 1,000 members of the Police have been mobilized throughout Tijuana.
Given the violent events in Baja California, the United States Embassy in Mexico issued a statement instructing US employees and citizens living in that area to remain protected wherever they are until further notice.
