A "Yellow Code" person can do the following things or enter the following premises:


1. Go to work

Parents:

"Yellow code" parents are not allowed to enter the school

3. Court

Holders of the "yellow code" can enter each court building, but before going to the court building, they must first obtain a negative result of the same-day rapid antigen test.

4. Public places or public transportation

People with a "yellow code" can take public transportation to work and go to school, and enter shopping malls and supermarkets to obtain daily necessities.

"Yellow code" persons are not allowed to do the following things or enter the following premises:


1. Premises where the "vaccine passport" must be actively checked

Persons with a "yellow code" are not allowed to enter premises that require the use of a "verified QR code scanner" and are regulated by Chapter 599F, including the following:

Catering business premises (including bars/pubs), gaming machine centres, bathrooms, fitness centres, playgrounds, indoor public entertainment venues, party rooms, beauty and massage parlors, meeting venues, nightclubs/nightclubs, karaoke establishments, mahjong tin kow Entertainment premises, indoor sports premises, swimming pools, cruise ships, indoor event venues, barber/hair salons and religious premises.

The Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre and Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre under the ImmD have prohibited persons classified as "red code" or "yellow code" from entering the centres for visits, in order to reduce the risk of the introduction of highly infectious mutant virus strains.

5. Residential homes and designated medical premises

"Yellow code" persons are not allowed to enter residential care homes for the elderly, residential care homes for persons with disabilities and designated medical premises.

However, "yellow code" people who work, go to school and receive services in designated medical premises are generally not within the "vaccine passport" restrictions, but it depends on whether the employer or the person in charge has established additional requirements for individual premises according to their own needs. regulations or requirements.
