Today (Saturday) the conference of the Hadash party in Shafaram chose its candidate for the Knesset. Party chairman Ayman Odeh received 75% of the votes, MK Aida Toma-Soliman was elected to second place with 53% of the votes, MK Ofer Kasif was elected to the place The third on the list.

After being elected to first place, Odeh posted on his Twitter page: "Thank you to the members of the Hadash Conference who put their trust in us and chose an experienced and excellent list for the Knesset.
Our challenge in the coming weeks will be to go out into the streets, go door to door, knock on every door and make sure that on November 1st, all of us, Arabs and Jews, go out to strengthen peace, equality and social justice in the face of racism and apartheid.
