In the early hours of August 6, a 22-year-old man was outside a restaurant in Tsing Ling Path, Tuen Mun, and was suspected of being attacked with a hard object by three men.
He suffered head injuries and was taken to Tuen Mun Hospital in a coma. The 22-year-old man was certified dead at 2:59 pm on August 8.
After investigation, the police arrested two more men, aged 32 and 20, on August 12 on suspicion of "wounding people". They were suspected of being involved in the attack on the other two men who were injured.
They have each been charged with two counts of "wounding people" and the case will appear in the Tuen Mun Court on the morning of August 15.
The First Team of the Anti-Triad Action Team of Tuen Mun District will continue to actively follow up the case.
Police arrested two more men on suspicion of "wounding people".
