Wolfratshausen – Nine apartments are currently being built near Pupplinger Au.
The Keval Group recently celebrated the completion of the shell with craftsmen.
The brick-built apartments include gardens, terraces and balconies.
In addition to three outdoor parking spaces, there are 15 parking spaces with e-charging stations available in the underground car park.
The sale was handled by the real estate team at Sparkasse Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen.
At the topping-out ceremony, all the apartments were taken.
After the verdict of the Kochel master carpenter Hans Resenberger, there was a snack in the Aujäger inn in the Pupplinger Au.
