Moerser Kirmes, Stunikenmarkt Hamm, Pützchens Markt Bonn: In September 2022 there will be folk festivals again in NRW.
The fair dates at a glance.
Cologne – Sitting in the Ferris wheel and eating candy floss, whizzing through the air on roller coasters such as the “Alpina Bahn” or the “Wilde Maus” or simply strolling from stall to stall, snacking on chocolate and enjoying the summer – this is the case at numerous folk festivals and fairs possible.
The Rheinkirmes took place in Düsseldorf in July, and the largest folk festival in North Rhine-Westphalia started in August - the Cranger Kirmes in Herne.
And in September there will also be a fair again in some regions of North Rhine-Westphalia.

After two years of pandemic, the Moers fair can finally take place again.
It starts on September 2nd, according to the organizers on Facebook.
The Moerser Kirmes is the largest folk festival on the Lower Rhine.
According to the website of the city of Moers, the festival on the first weekend in September attracts around half a million visitors to the city center every year.
The fairground mile stretches from Friedrich-Ebert-Platz via Homberger Strasse and Steinstrasse to Neumarkt and Kastellplatz.
More than 200 attractions, rides and catering stands are on offer.
There will also be live music and shows.

Carousel, ghost train, Ferris wheel - in 2022 there will also be a lot to offer at the "Stunikenmarkt in Hamm" fair.
It starts on September 16, 2022 on the market square in Hamm.
For five days there will be hustle and bustle in the city center around the Pauluskirche and on the adjacent Santa Monica Square.
On Friday at the opening there is also free beer and free rides - on Tuesday there is also a family day.
The city of Hamm announced that there will also be fireworks on this day.

The Pützchens Markt is the largest fair in Bonn and the region - it traditionally takes place on the second weekend in September.
More than a million visitors are expected there every year.
In 2022 there will again be everything the fair heart desires.
Among other things, visitors can look forward to 24 rides, 13 children's rides, a ghost train, three amusements, a maze and three raffle booths.
According to the city of Bonn, you can also browse the traditional Pluutenmarkt again.
