Panic in Jerusalem following a false report of an attack (Walla system)
A large commotion broke out this evening (Sunday) in the center of Jerusalem following a false report about a security incident, which turned out some time later to be a fight that broke out in the street.
Following the reports, great panic flared up in the place, and in the documentation from the area of the central station in the city, people are seen running in all directions and screaming.
The incident happened less than a day after a shooting attack in the city, in which eight people were injured, including a pregnant woman and a man in his 60s who were seriously injured.
In the morning hours, after hours of hunting, the terrorist turned himself in to the security forces, and he was interrogated by the Shin Bet and the Jerusalem District Police.
The attack took place in two scenes, adjacent to each other. The first was on Maale HaShalom Street, where the terrorist shot at bus passengers, after He stopped to help a passenger in a wheelchair get in. The scene of the second attack was on Ma'ale Street, which was at the entrance to the parking lot of the Tomb of King David, where the terrorist fired at a private vehicle.
