The case refers to that on October 18, 2018, a two-month-old baby girl had a rash on her body, and her mother took her to the private hospital where Jiang Junda worked for medical treatment.
At that time, Jiang pointed out that the baby girl may have urethritis and needs to be admitted to the hospital for a urine test.
The next day, in response to Jiang's suggestion, the baby girl underwent an inoculum test to determine whether she had urethritis.
