Prime Minister Lapid said about the serious attack tonight in the capital: "The security forces, the Shin Bet, the IDF, and the police are working to get the despicable terrorist and will not stop until he is caught, let all those who seek our harm know that they will pay a price for any harm to civilians.

Jerusalem is our capital city and a tourist center for all religions, police forces and the IDF are working to restore peace and a sense of security in the city.

During the night, at least seven people were injured in the shooting incident near David's Tomb in the Old City of Jerusalem.

According to the reports, three people were seriously injured by the shooting, with four others moderately and lightly injured.

According to a report by the Magen David Adom organization, the shooting took place in two separate arenas near David's Tomb and the Western Wall.

Many police forces arrived at the scene and began closing the scene, investigating the case and searching for the suspect who fled.

The Hadassah Medical Center reported that two injured and four victims of anxiety from the incident were admitted to the hospital's trauma room.

One of the wounded arrived with a gunshot wound to his neck and the other was hit by a gunshot to the shoulder.

Shaare Zedek Hospital announced that they received six wounded, including two in serious condition, one in moderate condition and three in mild condition.
