He also pointed out that holding a quarantine order or isolation makes people different from yellow code employees. The days when the former does not go to work can be regarded as sick leave, but yellow code employees are not subject to quarantine during the home monitoring period, and employers should not rush to unilaterally deduct paid vacation.
