An indictment against Daniel Cohen (30) from Herzliya was submitted this morning (Sunday) to the Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv, this after he beat a man working as a parking lot manager in the city of Herzliya and caused him serious injury which led, among other things, to the paralysis of his four limbs.
The indictment submitted by lawyer Maayan Shiovitz, indicates that at the end of July, the accused Cohen, who previously participated in the reality show Eyal Golan is calling you, arrived with his brother at a parking lot in the city of Herzliya, and the two parked their train in a prohibited parking spot.

The complainant, who works as the manager of the parking lot, asked them to move their car and an argument developed between the three.
Immediately after that, the accused approached the complainant and punched her in the face. Due to the force of the punch, the complainant collapsed to the ground, while his head hit the asphalt of the road.
While the accused ran away from the parking lot, the complainant remained on the road unconscious and bleeding from the face.
After the complainant's arrival at the hospital, he was diagnosed with paralysis in his four limbs, head and neck injuries, a subcutaneous injury and a forehead cut, and he underwent emergency spine surgery.
As of this moment, the complainant is still hospitalized and his condition is defined as serious.
As part of the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, which was submitted at the same time, Attorney Shiovitz stated that: "... in light of the severe violence and brutal attack of the complainant, which was carried out without prior provocation against the complainant whose only "sin" was asking the respondent to move his car.
