Al-Owaiti indicated that the optical cables (Al-Zabadani, Madaya) and (Al-Zabadani, Al-Rawda) were rehabilitated, pointing out that the area was serviced by an Ericsson telephone exchange with a capacity of 21074 numbers, of which 15,000 numbers were placed in the service, in addition to its equipment (MSIN) with a capacity of 3200 gates. Internet (ADSL) to provide broadband services.

Al-Owaiti pointed out that the rehabilitation of the center will reflect positively on the local community there, as the area is a tourist, which makes communications there play a role in revitalizing tourism, stimulating the economy and the return of the displaced to their homes, in addition to the financial revenues that will be collected for the services it provides.

Regarding the structure and structure of the center, Al-Owaiti indicated that it is a three-storey building with a total area of ​​450 square meters per floor, which includes a telephone exchange with all its requirements, technical galleries and service rooms for batteries, engines and cables, explaining that an additional tower of 40 meters in length was erected in the center’s yard to secure microwave communications in In the event of any failure on the optical network, it also acts as an auxiliary tower for cell phone companies' towers as a shared service.
