Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian announced that his country will send today its final proposals regarding reaching an agreement in the Vienna negotiations with the Four Plus One Group.
Abdullahian said in a press conference that "Iran's decision regarding the negotiations was based on the fact that they did not affect the lives of our people, and therefore we wanted to show the real negotiations to the people," explaining that the JCPOA is the result of months of efforts that have been made. Abdullahian added: “There may be problems in the negotiations, so the agreement that is reached is the result of negotiations between all countries, and one of the reasons for the delay is that we do not want to cross the red lines that we have set.”
Abdullahian pointed out that “America only wants to solve its problems in negotiations, but we do not want to conclude an agreement that does not respect our red lines. Rather, a positive development must occur in the lives of the Iranian people until we reach an agreement,” stressing that “if our views are accepted, we are ready to reach an agreement and announce it.” At the meeting of the foreign ministers of the countries participating in the Vienna negotiations.
