About 100 male and female students are taking exams for the special session of the Basic Education Certificate today

The exams for the special session of the Basic and Preparatory Education Certificate for the year 2022 have started today.

In a statement to SANA, the Director of Examinations at the Ministry of Education, Younes Fati, said that about 100 male and female students went today to present the social subject, distributed to examination centers in the governorates of Damascus, Hama, Aleppo, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Hasaka.

Fati indicated that this course will continue until August 23 for the basic education certificate, and until the 25th of the same month for the Sharia preparatory certificate, indicating that the same subscription number in which the students registered for the first course has been approved, and no fees are collected from them.

Fati pointed out that the students who applied for this course were those who were unable to take one or more exams or a full exam session because of one of the cases, which is that the student was unable to take the exam due to the death of a member of his family during the exam period from parents, brothers and sisters exclusively and also cases Force majeure beyond the student’s will, estimated by the Director of Education and approved by the Minister, and in the case of severe illness that requires admission to a hospital, and it is supported by a document proving that after school health certification, in addition to cases estimated by the Minister of Education.
