The Mandatory Testing Notice states that any relevant person who fails to comply commits an offence and is liable to a fixed fine of $10,000 and will receive a mandatory testing order requiring the person to undergo testing within a specified period.

Failure to comply with a compulsory testing order is an offence and is liable to a fine of $50,000 and six months' imprisonment.
