40 visitors to a restaurant in Fürstenfeldbruck suddenly complained of breathing problems.
A large contingent of rescue workers were deployed.
Fürstenfeldbruck – Unpleasant evening in the restaurant: On Saturday, August 13, visitors to an inn on Leonhardsplatz in Fürstenfeldbruck suddenly complained of breathing problems.
A large number of rescue workers immediately went out to bring the difficult situation under control.
Because initially the cause was completely unclear.

According to the police press release, the emergency call came in at around 8 p.m. on Saturday evening at the operations center of the Oberbayern Nord police headquarters.
Accordingly, a "large number of guests of a restaurant on Leonhardsplatz in Fürstenfeldbruck" complained about "severe respiratory problems or irritation", according to the police press report.
Numerous rescue workers immediately made their way to the said location to carry out first aid measures.
These included the police, the voluntary fire brigade from Fürstenfeldbruck and emergency doctors.
A total of 40 people were then medically examined on site.

Investigations are ongoing – the police express their suspicions
Two of the 40 restaurant guests examined had to be taken to a hospital as a precaution for further treatment.
As the police continue to report based on initial findings, the "inhalation of intense gas vapors" may have been the reason for the complaints from the visitors.
Further investigations to clarify the cause are now underway at the Fürstenfeldbruck Police Inspectorate.
