First he smashed a side window, then he got into a strange car: A drunken rioter called the police in Wackersberg on Saturday night.

Wackersberg – Two reports were received by the Tölz police inspection at around 2.15 a.m. on Saturday.

A 25-year-old driver from Wackersberg first noticed a young man who was apparently very drunk at a hiking car park on Quellenstraße in Wackersberg.

The woman offered to help the man, but he very rudely refused.

First he hits a toilet block with his belt, then two side windows

A short time later, the 25-year-old and another witness who was sleeping in his vehicle in the hiking car park saw the 28-year-old Waakirchner hit a toilet block with his belt.

He then smashed the side windows of two parked vehicles with his belt and sat in one of the two.

The alarmed patrol took the man out of the vehicle.

The two cars of a 53-year-old from Dietfurt an der Altmühl and a 23-year-old from Munich suffered property damage totaling 2,500 euros.

Alcohol test gives a value of almost two per thousand

The breath alcohol test at the Waakirchner resulted in a value of almost two per thousand.

A blood test was ordered by the public prosecutor.

Open vehicles will be towed to the police station

Since the owners could not be reached, the vehicles that were now open were towed away for security and taken to the Bad Tölz police station.

The rioters are now facing criminal proceedings for damage to property in two cases.
