Another person was arrested by entering the West Kowloon Magistrates’ Court for hiding a knife. Today (15th) at 11 am, a foreign bald man entered the West Kowloon Magistrates’ Court Building on Tongzhou Street. The security guard found that he had a 11cm long knife hidden in his bag through the security system. knife, call the police immediately.
Police arrived at the scene and arrested Yang Han on suspicion of possession of offensive weapons.
It is understood that the knife in the case is a folding knife.
This is the third case of arrests for possession of knives in the court this month. On the morning of the 8th of this month, a 24-year-old local man was found in the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court when he went through the security check and found two bags about 20 cm long. Police arrived at the scene and arrested the man on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. The case was handed over to Sham Shui Po District Criminal Investigation Team 9 for follow-up.
At about 2 pm on the same day, the security guard of the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court reported the case, saying that someone had found an iron lotus in possession.
Police arrived at the scene and seized an iron lotus flower in the bag of a 55-year-old man surnamed Li. After preliminary investigation, he was arrested on suspicion of possession of prohibited weapons.
