"Bares for Rares" expert irritates Andrea Kiewel in the ZDF television garden with a creepy owl

In the ZDF television garden, "Bares for Rares" star Detlev Kümmel amazes the viewers.

He brought some rarities to the show.

However, he finds one of them very creepy himself.

Mainz – The “ZDF television garden” is full of surprises on August 14th.

With a quiz, the viewers get lots of presents and a spontaneous appearance by Beatrice Egli also creates enthusiasm.

At "Bares for Rares" a similar smoke eater caused disturbed viewers.

Because the glowing eyes of the dog figure were considered by many to be quite creepy at the time.

Similar to the dog figure, the owl's eyes light up as soon as it is connected to the electricity.

Detlev Kümmel, who scrutinizes the sellers' antiques in "Bares for Rares" and at best estimates a very high value, has to admit that the figure is a little "spooky".

Andrea Kiewel is also visibly irritated by the owl and the meaning behind it.

These are supposed to remove the smoke from the air in the room, but in the end they only covered the smoke with a little scent.

These porcelain figures are now a thing of the past, which in turn makes them a rarity.

"If I were to steal it from you and try to sell it on Ebay, what would I get for it?" asks the native of Berlin.

But with a maximum value of 150 euros, it's not quite worth it: "It's not worth the fine," laughs the moderator.

Again and again Andrea Kiewel is exposed to harsh criticism.

Not because of her moderation, but of all things because of the outfits she wears in the ZDF television garden.
